How to submit a request (create a ticket)

To send us a request, create a ticket under the New Support Ticket function. You can do this as follows:


  1. Select the appropriate type
  2. Add a suitable subject

  3. Compose your message

  4. Attachments can be added if needed


Finally, submit the request. You will receive a reply to the email address with which you are registered with us, and the Ticket will be visible in your Portal.
