How to Submit a Support Ticket

To send us a request, create a ticket using the New Support Ticket function. Please follow these steps:


Creating a Support Ticket

  1. Go to Support Portal
  2. Select Request Type
    • Choose the type of request that matches your issue.
  3. Add a Subject
    • Provide a clear subject line.
  4. Compose Your Message
    • Detail your issue or question.
    • Be specific to help us resolve your request quickly.
  5. Attach Files if Needed
    • Add any relevant files or screenshots.

Submitting the Request

  • Click Submit after filling in the details.
  • You will receive a reply to your registered email.
  • The ticket will be visible in your portal for tracking.
