We have an option to track the serial number of products that we ship. 

A good example is a smartphone or a GPS-tracked dog collar; if you need to know which collar is exactly in which package, you can activate it for the specific consumer. Similar story with expensive watches, where apparently serial number is a thing (e.g., a limited run of a product).

What is also important is this allows checking if a returned product isn't counterfeit, however, returns are something that we will develop as the next version of this feature.

Important: SN tracking works for B2C shipments only now, NOT B2B.
