The portal supports returns from the following countries via Colissimo:

Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, France, the UK, Spain, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Switzerland, Malta, Portugal, Romania.

Returns Portal for the UK

Please note that as of right now we can offer returns via our Returns Portal to and within the UK via Royal Mail from countries that are a part of the United Kingdom.

Returns Portal for Austria

The portal supports returns from the following countries via Post AT:

Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

How It Works

  1. Find the Order: Customers can find their order by entering the order number and email address or shipment number and zip code.
  2. Select Items to Return: Customers select the items they wish to return and provide the reason for the return.
  3. Generate Label and Return Package: Customers confirm the return to generate a return label, which can be printed or accessed via a QR code for a green alternative.
  4. Get Returns Confirmation: Customers receive a confirmation email with a return label and a follow-up email once the return is processed.

How to Activate and Use the Returns Portal

Follow these steps to activate and use the byrd returns portal effectively:

1. Access Your Customer Dashboard

  • Log in to your byrd dashboard.
  • Navigate to the "Settings" section (top right).

2. Customize the Portal

  • Go to “Returns Portal” tab.
  • Adjust the domain (e.g., shopname.return-order.com).
  • Set your primary and secondary colors.
  • Update the favicon to match your brand.
  • Provide the support email address.

3. Save and Implement

  • Save your settings and implement the returns portal.
  • Ensure all customizations reflect your brand accurately.

4. Inform Customers

  • Notify your customers about the new returns portal and its benefits.
  • Provide instructions on how to use it for their returns.
