Due to public holidays, our warehouses will not be operating for some days in 2026. Please review these dates for each country/warehouse.
Note that the outbound SLA will not apply on these dates; therefore, the orders released on these days will be fulfilled on the next working day. Same will apply for the inbound delivery SLA. If you have any questions regarding these public holidays, please feel free to reach out to your Account Manager.
Important note: We want to inform you that the closure of the warehouses on those days is not definitive and might change in the course of the year. That is why you will receive via in-app notifications as usual in a timely manner.
