Connecting your shops
Before you can import shipments from your shop, you have to connect the shop to your system. Once the connection is established, you can automatically send shipments from your shop with us.

Access the Shipment Section
If you would like to not have shipments from your shop imported and released to the warehouse automatically, you can use the following option to complete this manually. To import the shipments from your online shop:
- Access your customer dashboard.
- Go to your "Shipments" section → click on "New Shipment" at the top right corner.
- Select "Shop import" from the top menu.
