Learn how to set up your byrd account.
Welcome to byrd! This guide will help you set up your account and get started quickly.
1. Logging In
- Visit byrd Login Page.
- Log in with the email and password from your welcome email.
- Change your password after the first login by clicking on your profile in the upper right corner.
2. Setting Up Your Account
User Profile
- Go to "Settings" section (top left).
- Update your account information, starting from "User Profile" tab.
- When you're done making changes, click “Save Changes”
Company Profile
- Then in "Company Profile" tab enter your company details, including:
- VAT number,
- company name,
- billing address.
Payment Details
- Next, in the “Payment Details” tab, you will see an overview of your fulfilment contract/s (e.g. byrd Austria in the screenshot) and associated payment details.
- If you choose to pay by credit card you can add your details accordingly.
- If you have decided to pay by SEPA or Bank Transfer no further action is required.
