You can track the status of your shipments at any time by going to "Shipments" in the left menu bar.  Here you will find all information regarding status, shipment number (once the package has been delivered to the delivery service), and other details. Click on the tracking link displayed in the line to the right and you will be taken directly to the shipping partner's tracking page.

You can also search for a shipment number in the Support Portal. Just enter the tracking ID:
