ChannelEngine Integration

Connect your ChannelEngine shop to your byrd account easily by following these steps:

1. Log in to Your Accounts

• Log in to your ChannelEngine admin account.
• Log into your byrd Dashboard.

2. Get ChannelEngine Credentials

• In ChannelEngine, access the settings page.
• Go to "Merchant API keys" and click "Add."
• Name the API key for easy identification.
• Copy the API URL and API Key displayed.

3. Add Your Shop Connection in byrd

• Go to your “Settings” in the byrd Dashboard.
• Open the "Shop Connections" tab.
• Click "Add Shop Connection."
• Select "ChannelEngine" and enter your shop name, API URL, and API Key.

4. Save and Verify Connection

• Click "Save" to store your ChannelEngine credentials in the byrd system.
• After saving, the connection will be established, and your shop will be visible in the byrd Dashboard.
