How to Set Up and Use Colissimo Point Relais for Pick-Up Stations in France

Follow these easy steps to set up and use Colissimo Point Relais pick-up stations in France for your WooCommerce and Shopify shops.


Colissimo Point Relais is a popular pick-up station service in France, with 62% of French people preferring it for parcel deliveries. It offers a cheaper and convenient option for your end consumers, allowing them to choose their pick-up timing.


WooCommerce - Colissimo Plugin Installation

If you are willing to use Point Relais, please let us know via e-mail or the Support Portal, so we can open a Colissimo account for you. Once the account is created, you can follow the steps below.


1. Install the Colissimo Plugin

  • Go to your WooCommerce shop.
  • Navigate to Plugins → Add New.
  • Search for "Colissimo Officiel" and install the plugin.


2. Configure the Colissimo Plugin

  • Go to WooCommerce → Settings → Colissimo Officiel.
  • Include your Colissimo ID and Password provided to you.




3. Enable Point Relais in Checkout

  • After setting up the plugin, the Point Relais option will appear as a pop-up map during the checkout process.
  • The end consumer can change the pick-up place and add the information.



4. Import Orders to Customer Dashboard

  • After the checkout, the order will be imported to our Customer Dashboard.
  • Orders with the Point Relais option will show up with a specific sign at the end of the line.



Shopify - Colissimo Plugin Installation

  • Go to your Shopify shop.
  • Navigate to Apps and search for "Colissimo Officiel".
  • Install the Colissimo app.


2. Configure the Colissimo App

  • Go to Apps → Colissimo Officiel → Configuration.
  • Include your Colissimo ID and Password provided to you.


3. Enable Point Relais in Checkout

  • After setting up the app, the Point Relais option will appear as a pop-up map during the checkout process.
  • Shopify allows the end consumer to change from home delivery to a pick-up station even after the order is created. However, changes cannot be made if the order is already fulfilled and sent.


4. Import Orders to Customer Dashboard

  • After the checkout, the order will be imported to our Customer Dashboard.
  • Orders with the Point Relais option will show up with a specific sign at the end of the line.
