Amazon Integration

Follow these simple steps to connect your Amazon seller account with byrd:

1. Log in to Your Accounts

• Log in to your Amazon admin account.
• Log into your byrd Dashboard.

2. Add Your Shop Connection

• Go to “Profile” in your byrd Dashboard.
• Open the "Shop Connections" tab.
• Click "Add Shop Connection" → select "Amazon"and enter your:
  • shop name and domain. (Copy the domain from your Amazon tab).

3. Authorize the Connection

• You will be redirected to Amazon.
• Click the "Approve" button to be redirected back to the byrd dashboard.
• Your shop is now connected.

4. Verify Integration

• A new shop integration will appear in your Customer Dashboard.

5. Set Up Marketplaces

• Contact byrd's Customer Support to set up the marketplaces where your Amazon shop operates (besides of Germany).

Important Notes:

• Order Import Delay: There might be a delay in order import due to Amazon's cancellation and consolidation policies.
• Security: Never share your Amazon seller account login details or any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) with any other party to avoid penalties from Amazon.
