You have the option of sending your customer / recipient a shipping notification that can be used to track the shipment. The customer / recipient will then receive a tracking mail with package number and tracking link from our system. To do this, go to your Profile in the drop down menu on the right and then to Settings. There you can select the option. Remeber to click on Save Changes at the bottom of the page.
Important note for shop integrations
As soon as the shop is connected, there is the option under "Edit" to transfer the status and tracking data (if your shop supports this) into your shop system. If you select this option, the status of the order is automatically changed in your online shop after the shipment has left our warehouse and - if supported - the tracking number is also displayed. If you use Shopify, your shop may automatically send an email to your customers after importing the tracking number.
