Shopware 5 Integration

Integrate your Shopware 5 store with your byrd account in just a few minutes by following these steps:

1. Log in to Your Accounts

• Log in to your Shopware account.
• Log into your byrd Dashboard.

2. Add Your Shop Connection in byrd

• Go to your “Settings”(top right) in the byrd Dashboard.
• Open the "Shop Connections" tab.
• Click "Add Shop Connection".
• Select "Shopware" and enter your shop name, URL, username, and API Key.

3. Add a New User in Shopware

• Go to "Settings" in the menu bar.
• Select "User Management".
• Click on "Add User".

4. Configure the New User

• Choose a suitable username, e.g., "byrd".
• Activate API access.
• Insert the API key and the username ("Username") in the form in the byrd Dashboard for shop integration.

5. Set the URL for API Access

• In the "URL" field, insert the link of your online shop (e.g., "https://www.shopware.com").
• Add “api” at the end of the URL (e.g., "https://www.shopware.com/api").

6. Save Changes

• Save the changes you made to these settings in Shopware.
• Your Shopware store is now integrated with byrd.

Additional Information

• Ensure you activate API access for the newly created user.
• Verify the API key and URL to avoid integration issues.
