Partial fulfilment of orders
Orders that include products that are out of stock, can still be partially fulfilled. This helps your online shoppers to get some of the purchased products already faster and therefore optimize the customer experiences.
In order to use this feature, you need to go to your account settings and activate the toggle for “Enable partial fulfillment”.
Please be aware that this means this means the order will be duplicated in your customer dashboard:
- One shipment with the available stock that will be released and shipped
- One shipment without stock that will be highlighted with a banner (see screenshot below)

When the missing product is back in stock, you can release the order again.
Please note that this will increase fulfillment and shipping costs.
Limitations
- doesn't work with bundles or supplements (flyers, etc.)
- only shop-imported shipments (no manual or CSV shipments)
- no cash on delivery, no B2B shipments
