Colissimo Point Relais is a popular pick-up station service in France, with 62% of French people preferring it for parcel deliveries. It offers a cheaper and convenient option for your end consumers, allowing them to choose their pick-up timing. ### **WooCommerce - Colissimo Plugin Installation** If you are willing to use Point Relais, please let us know via e-mail or the Support Portal, so we can open a Colissimo account for you. Once the account is created, you can follow the steps below. ### **1. Install the Colissimo Plugin** - Go to your WooCommerce shop. - Navigate to **Plugins → Add New**. - Search for **"Colissimo Officiel"** and install the plugin. ### **2. Once the account is created, you can follow the steps below. ### **1. Enable Point Relais in Checkout** - After setting up the app, the Point Relais option will appear as a pop-up map during the checkout process. - Shopify allows the end consumer to change from home delivery to a pick-up station even after the order is created.
